Product requirements to be hung:

This baby mobile should be hung by a professional to ensure all safety requirements are being adhered to.  Never place this baby mobile directly hanging over a baby on the unlikely chance the product may not of been installed properly.  This mobile is designed to be hung in a corner of a room and never over a cot or bed. 

What you require to hang the baby mobile:

Step 1: Use the mobile's size and weight to choose a safe spot where it can be hung at the proper height.  We recommend hanging the baby mobile away from a window to avoid any stars getting tangled and never above a child's cot or bed. 

Step 2: Use a stud finder to locate the support beams in the ceiling then screw a "Screw" hook directly into a support beam in the ceiling for maximum stability.

Step 3: Drill a pilot hole through the ceiling and place the screw hook in and turn it clockwise to tighten it. Slide the threaded end of the screw hook into the pilot hole. Then, keep a firm grip on it as you begin twisting it by hand. Twist it until the threaded end passes all the way through the ceiling, leaving only the hook end visible. 

• The hook will become tougher to turn as it goes in deeper into the joist. If it becomes too difficult to rotate by hand, try using pliers.
• Stop twisting the hook once the base is flush with the ceiling. Overtightening it could damage the hook’s threads or the ceiling.
